Curried Egg Salad | Healthy Recipes, Video Recipes, Easy Recipes, Cooking Techniques, Diet Choices

Adapted from USA Weekend recipe. Adding curry powder to a traditional egg salad recipe gives it a new and exciting flavor. Making it with fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing makes it healthy, as well.
